The End of the Beginning: The Death of Moses

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

What can we learn about leadership, aging and closure in the Jewish tradition from the death of Moses, our greatest prophet? He dies looking over the Promised Land, without ever entering it. Let's come together for a close reading of the last chapter of our Torah text, Deuteronomy 34. We will use biblical art, modern poetry and our own life experience to help us explore the meaning behind the words. Everyone is welcome to take the journey with us. No knowledge of Hebrew or text is necessary.
