Loosening Our Stiff Necks

At the moment of our greatest misstep, the golden calf barely cooled in our ancestors hands, God diagnosed the Children of Israel with the following words: AM KSHEI OREF HU this is a stiff-necked people. This pronouncement continues to challenge us both spiritually and physically; many of us continue to live stiff-necked lives, carrying immobility in our bodies, hearts and minds. Through a combination of Torah study, meditation, gentle yoga stretches and song, we will sample ancient and modern techniques for loosening our physical and metaphysical stiff-necks.
