Join some of the Boston areas outstanding storytellers for a concert of tales geared to adults. Come listen and be mesmerized by a mix of Jewish folktales, biblical stories, Hasidic and personal stories -with Cindy Rivka Marshall, Bonnie Greenberg, Hal Miller-Jacobs and Maggid David Arfa.  Appropriate for teens and adults.


Bonnie Greenberg

Bruce Marcus

A Boston area storyteller since 1990, Bruce has performed throughout the region at venues large and small, from beaches to high mountain huts, and small gatherings to large festivals, including First Night Boston and New England Folk Festival. Cindy Rivka Marshall, an invited presenter at Limmud UK in 2012, offers stories and teaches all ages at synagogues and schools. Cindy tells multicultural and Jewish stories with universal lessons that resonate with her sense of wonder. She teaches storytelling, communication, interviewing and listening skills, and story-based approaches to teaching. Cindy creates safe environments for participants to speak and be heard.

Hal Miller-Jacobs

Hal Miller-Jacobs makes Torah come alive as a reporter for The Canaan Times, interviewing participants who take on the roles of Torah characters. Hal, a teacher for many years, is a graduate of the Davening Leadership Training Institute. His lifes work is making technology user-friendly and does the same with Torah & Tefilah.
