Ms. Belay is an independent consultant to foundations, faith-based and community based organizations. She has worked with the American Jewish World Service, Jewish Organizing Initiative, and the Ethiopian Jewry Committee of the JCRC, and is the Coordinator for Adult Education at Temple Hillel B'nai Torah.
